Gig Flyers

If you are hosting a show with Bob, and you would like an easy way to create a flyer advertising the show, this page is for you.  Note that the picture will be in black and white unless you use a color printer.

Before you can print a flyer from this website, you need to set up your browser's page printing parameters so they'll work right.  Just follow these steps:

1. In the File Menu, choose Page Setup, and make sure all margins are set to .50," and that all headers and footers are turned off or have no text in the content boxes.
2. Use File, Print Preview to get an approximation of how the page will look when printed.
3. Press File, Print.   The flyer should look right.  If not, you will have to fiddle with your Page Setup or Print Settings, found in the File menu.

There are three versions of the Gig Flyer currently availableYou can preview each one by clicking on the hyperlinked name.  Close the window when you are finished.

1. Automated
Flyer
Fill in the blanks in a short questionaire about your venue, when the show will be, and other details, and a flyer is prepared, customized for your show.  If you've done the setup described above, answer the Questions to customize the flyer, then print.
2. Flyer with
Fill-In Area
Use your calligraphy skills to fill in pertinent information, in areas marked "Appearing at...," etc.. Choose File, Print to print this version.
3. Flyer with
Large Blank Area
Flyer with large blank area for you to use to give whatever info you like. Choose File, Print to print this version, then print whatever you like in the blank space.
